How do I order?

Browse all products, choose the exact product and quantity, and use website checkout where a payment method is available. You can also use a product’s Order on WhatsApp button to confirm the item and order arrangements.

Can I compare products?

Use Compare on a product to select up to three items. Check the exact formulation, format, pack size and price; products with similar names are not necessarily equivalent.

How do I pay?

Payment is by M-PESA. For Nairobi deliveries, pay by M-PESA when your order arrives. For deliveries outside Nairobi, payment must be confirmed before dispatch. Cash is not accepted. Nairobi checkout offers manual M-PESA payment on delivery; online M-PESA prepayment is not yet integrated. Contact AfyaNuru to confirm the order total and verified payment instructions before paying.

How much is delivery?

Nairobi delivery is KSh 500. Outside Nairobi delivery is KSh 1,000 via Fargo Courier. Confirm delivery arrangements and the estimated time before ordering.

Can I return a product?

We accept return requests for wrong, damaged or defective items only. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not offered. Read our Returns & Refunds policy and contact us before sending a product back.

Can you advise which supplement I need?

We can clarify the listing and order details. Personal medical advice and suitability recommendations should come from a qualified healthcare professional.
